The Box Office is staffed by volunteers and is open 10am - noon Mondays to Saturday and on show nights for cash, cheque or debit or credit card orders.
If you visit and find it closed, tickets are available nearby from our local ticket agents (details below).
Messages regarding tickets can be left on the Box Office phone number (01803 882717) and will be attended to when the Box Office is next open.
In person at the local ticket agents in Brixham and Galmpton (Please note: tickets are only available from local agents 4 weeks prior to the event.)

Refunds can only be made in the event of a cancelled show.
BATS reserves the right to refuse admission or ask an audience member to leave at any time if their behaviour is disruptive to the performance. In such circumstances no admission refund will be given.
Advance / Door prices:
Advance ticket prices apply until 12 pm on the day of the performance. After that time all tickets revert to on the door prices.
Any reservations must be paid for before this time or the door price will apply.
Wheelchairs and Assistance Animals and/or Companions must be notified to the Theatre Box Office (01803 882717) at least 3 days in advance in order to make arrangements. The number of Assisted Mobility places in the Theatre is four, plus an accompanying Companion. No more than 2 Assistance Dogs may be admitted any one time.
