Cat Weatherill with ‘Lost in the Lamplight’

The Friends of Brixham Library & Brixham Arts & Theatre Society present international author, raconteur and storyteller

Cat Weatherill with ‘Lost in the Lamplight’

Rich and wonderful stories for world-weary adults, told after dark, by lantern light.

Cat’s stories are cinematic, deeply emotional and beautifully told. She is a physical performer, with extraordinary focus and intensity, weaving in song and musical instruments to create a shimmering tapestry of tales.

Cat is one of Europe’s leading performance storytellers. She works internationally, from Singapore to Swindon and everywhere in-between. She has performed solo shows at the Barbican and read her stories on Radio 4.

Her shows linger long in the memory and people always want more.

There will be some selected tales especially for this year’s Pirate Festival audience.

This show is being kindly sponsored by The Oriental Kitchen in Middle Street.  They offer pre and post show meals so where better to enjoy delicious food as part of your night out.
