Pete Morton is a songwriter, singer and ‘folk rapper’ with a wealth of great songs and stage presence.

He sings from the heart, delivering songs telling compelling stories and speaking of the human condition in a totally original style and his stage shows are good humoured, intense and dynamic.

He also includes traditional folk songs, performed with all the power that these dramatic tales demand.

"a man not shy of ripping up the folk rulebook and using it for confetti." - The Morning Star

"Pete is everything we want our singer-songwriters to be. Fiercely creative, proudly independent, skilful talented, and terminally unpredictable" - MOJO Magazine.

Kadia, a three piece band from Dorset, perform a mix of traditional and original contemporary folk songs, combining cello, fingerstyle guitar, and mandolin, with three part harmony to create rich and uplifting music interspersed with history and storytelling.
